Mahatma Gandhi International School (MGIS), established in 1998, is an award-winning model of public-private partnership between the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, the Municipal School Board, and educationalists Dr. Pascal Chazot and Anju Kawr Chazot. The school houses both a Center for Action Research in Education and a Center for Teacher Training. In addition to providing in-house professional development, the founders and senior faculty of MGIS have mentored schools across various boards to implement the school’s distinctive *Generated Resource Learning™* pedagogy.
