The school was established in 1979 and is managed by the Vig Educational & Cultural Society. The day-to-day operations are overseen by the Principal, Vice-Principal, and the Senior and Junior In-charges. Affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi, the school is a co-educational institution with more than 3,200 students enrolled. The school focuses on innovative teaching methods, motivational techniques, and providing inspiration and guidance to students. As a result, it consistently maintains a 100% academic record. The school offers classes from Nursery to Standard XII, with both Science and Commerce streams available at the senior secondary level.
