About DAV Public School, Varanasi
In response to the continuous requests from parents and well-wishers, the DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi, decided to establish DAV Public School in Varanasi, which opened its doors in 2005. The school is now housed on a 17,444.23 square meter campus, with the land leased for 30 years. The school was founded with the following key objectives: 1. To provide a nurturing environment that fosters the all-round development of students and their integration into society, especially within the Indian context. 2. To instill positive values in students, emphasizing personal hygiene, uniform neatness, cleanliness, graceful manners, obedience, and discipline. 3. To achieve academic excellence by offering personalized attention to each child. 4. To create a vibrant and motivating atmosphere through individualized care, personalized coaching, and consistent effort. 5. To make the learning process enjoyable by adopting innovative and engaging teaching methods. 6. To foster a thirst for knowledge, a sense of duty, honesty, patriotism, and humanism in students.
