About Holy Cross Senior Secondary School, Raipur
In keeping with the founders vision to spread the message of love and service, a group of German and Australian Catholic priests arrived in India in 1951 and established Holy Cross School in Byron Bazar, Raipur, in 1956. It was one of the first English-medium schools in the Chhattisgarh region. The school became the foundation for expanding the educational mission of the Pallottine Fathers and Brothers across India. The organization now runs several educational institutions, including Holy Cross Senior Secondary School in Kapa, St. Vincent Pallotti College in Kapa, St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology in Nagpur, St. Vincent Pallotti International Residential School in Dongargarh, and the recently established St. Vincent Pallotti School Jeevodaya in Abhanpur. In addition, there are numerous other educational institutions across India, all of which owe their origins to Holy Cross Senior Secondary School, Byron Bazar, Raipur (for a full list, please refer to the back of the diary). 680
