Conceptual MCQs
Questions designed to check whether you understand the mathematical concept rather than simply memorising a formula.

Formula-Based MCQs
Useful for quick revision of important formulas and standard results.

Numerical MCQs
Calculation-based questions for improving accuracy and speed.

Application-Based MCQs
Questions where mathematical concepts are applied to a given situation.

NCERT-Based MCQs
Questions focused on concepts and examples related to NCERT-level preparation.

CBSE Class 12 Mathematics Exam Preparation

The official CBSE 2026–27 Mathematics course structure allocates 80 marks to the theory paper and 20 marks to internal assessment. The six broad units are Relations and Functions, Algebra, Calculus, Vectors and Three-Dimensional Geometry, Linear Programming, and Probability. Calculus carries the largest unit-wise allocation at 35 marks.

For board preparation, students should combine:

NCERT Mathematics
Chapter-wise revision
Important formulas
MCQ practice
Sample Question Paper
Previous-year question practice
Full-length mock tests
Mistake analysis

CBSE has also published the Class XII Mathematics Sample Question Paper and Marking Scheme for 2026–27, which can be used alongside this practice material.
