About Andhra University online

Andhra University, established in 1926 and accredited with an NAAC A++ grade, is one of Indias oldest and most respected institutions. Its Centre for Distance & Online Education (CDOE), launched in 1972, has been a pioneer in expanding access to higher education across Andhra Pradesh and beyond. Students in online and distance programs follow the same syllabus, regulations, and earn the same degree as regular students. Learning is supported through self-study material, audio-video content, and interactive sessions. The University also operates Gyan Vani 106.4 FM, serving learners through community radio. With 25 study centres, CDOE manages admissions, support services, examinations, and student engagement across regions.
