About Gujarat Vidyapith
Mahatma Gandhi worked tirelessly to address the challenges faced by the nation. Between 1915 and 1920, he conducted early educational experiments at Kochrab and Sabarmati Ashram, shaping his vision for a self-reliant India. In August 1920, Gandhi launched the Non-Cooperation Movement, urging people to reject British honours, institutions, and systems—including English-medium schools, colleges, courts, and legislative bodies.
