About GURU GOBIND SINGH INDRAPRASTHA VISHWAVIDYALAYA
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), established in 1998 by the Government of NCT of Delhi under the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act, 1998 (amended in 1999), is the first state university of Delhi. The University is duly recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 12B of the UGC Act. GGSIPU has been accredited with an impressive A++ Grade and a CGPA of 3.56 on a seven-point scale by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), valid for seven years from 14 February 2023.
