About The SVKM NMIMS Global University
Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) is a Public Charitable Trust registered under the Societys Registration Act and the Bombay Public Trust Act. Starting in 1934 with the takeover of Rashtriya Shala, a school founded in 1921 during the National Movement, SVKM has grown into a large educational complex that now provides high level education to more than 35000 students. The ethos of the Mandal is defined by patriotic spirit, selfless service and a commitment to indigenous enterprise.
