Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University of Social Sciences (BRAUSS) was established by the Government of Madhya Pradesh under Act No. 2 of 2016, making it Indiaâ€™s first university dedicated to social sciences. The University aims to integrate social science perspectives with scientific and technological advancements to promote socio-economic development and educational empowerment of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes.
