About Khaja Bandanawaz University

The Khaja Education Society, founded in 1958 and registered in 1966 under the Mysore Societies Registration Act, 1960, was established by Late Padmashree Janab Syed Shah Muhammad Muhammad Al Hussaini Saheb. Today, the Society manages over 24 institutions—including primary, secondary, and higher education establishments—across Gulbarga. Originally created to support the educational aspirations of the Muslim community, the Society has grown into a beacon of inclusivity and service. Guided by its philanthropic values, Khaja Education Society has consistently worked for the upliftment of underprivileged sections of society, extending opportunities to all, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion. 1368
