About KLE Technological University
Located at the heart of the KLE Tech campus, the incubation journey began in 2007 with the creation of Startup Street. In 2012, it was formally registered as the Centre for Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CTIE) under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960, by KLE Technological University. KLE CTIE has since evolved into a premier Technology Business Incubator supported by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. It is recognized as a TIDE 2.0 G2 Centre by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. In collaboration with the Government of Karnataka and the India Electronics & Semiconductor Association, KLE CTIE established the Hubli ESDM eXchange (HEX), a specialized incubation center dedicated to the ESDM sector. 1370
