About Online Guru Kashi University
Guru Kashi University was founded by the Balaji Education Trust, Talwandi Sabo, which was established in 1997 and laid the foundation for quality education in the region. The first institution, Guru Gobind Singh Polytechnic, was set up in 1998, and in the following years, various graduate and postgraduate programs were introduced. In 2001, the Guru Gobind Singh College of Engineering and Technology was established, followed by the Guru Gobind Singh College of Education in 2005. Later, in 2006, the GGS Institute of IT and Research and the GGS College of Nursing came into existence. Guru Kashi University was officially established in 2011 through Punjab Act Number 37 of 2011. Since then, the university has continued to grow, meeting the educational needs of students at local, national, and global levels while being surrounded by natural beauty. 1482
