VIT College of Pharmacy, located in Uttar Pradesh, Meerut, was established in the academic year of 2018 � 2019 and the college is an affiliated college. This is a fresh institution which is set on a land of 0.98 acres and it offers education on pharmaceutical. Thus, it is PCI approved and also the all India council for technical education approved and thus follow the national standards of education. Students intake in the college is 96 and faculty members are 1 so it can be said that college provides good and specialised atmosphere for the pharmacy students. VIT College of Pharmacy provides student with other facility that can maintain their academic and personality development. The laboratories are well equipped with modern amenities and requirement to incorporate with the different subject fields for pharmaceutical study. The IT infrastructure consists of qualified computer labs, which allows students to keep track of the modern technological processes in the chosen field. This library contain pharmaceutical literature and other related reading materials and information. In terms of student accommodation, both boys� hostels and girls� hostels are available with features such as washable self-contained toilets, the availability of basic facilities all through the day and night and a home like atmosphere. The campus also has a college cafeteria offering clean and healthy food and beverages, campus wide internet connectivity, and a clinic complete with full time doctors for student medical requirements. In addition, the college provides transport facilities to help students and staff travelling in and around the college city. VIT College of Pharmacy offers one primary course, the Diploma in Pharmacy referred to as D.Pharma. This two-year full-time programme has an approved intake of 60 student. The D.Pharma course of study is structured in such a way that it will produce students with befitting knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical sciences to fit into different areas of pharmacy. At present, this college targets this diploma while as it grows it may branch out into other higher levels of degrees in pharmacy.
