About Joy University
Joy University was established in 1984 by the Selvam Educational and Charitable Trust under the vision of Dr. S. A. Raja, a renowned philanthropist and educator from Vadakangulam. The University is committed to providing high-quality education, especially to students from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Its mission is to equip young men and women with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a global society, encouraging innovation and the use of technology for human progress. As part of a Trust that manages more than 30 institutions in Engineering, Medicine, Dental Sciences, Pharmacy, Polytechnic, Nursing, and Arts and Science, Joy University benefits from a strong legacy.
