About Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education
NICHE began as an Engineering College in 1989 with a vision to become a distinguished center of excellence built on strong discipline and ethics. Its efforts were recognized early, ranking 19th among engineering colleges under Anna University in 2006. NICHE earned NBA accreditation in 2007, SIRO recognition in 2008, and ISO 9001 certification, reflecting its focus on quality. It became a Deemed to be University in 2008 and received NAAC A grade, later reaccredited in 2022. NICHE offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs across Engineering, Science, Arts, and Management. All programs are approved by AICTE, UGC, DGS, and RCI.
